POSTAGE:
-Price quotes exclude postage fee. We will advice your postage fees based on your item

-We are using Pos Laju and Pos Express only (depends on our customer request)

- We are not responsible for any damage during postage. We will make sure the quality of the items before we sending it to you.

DELIVERY:
-Our delivery every Monday and Wednesday via Pos Malaysia

-Once post, Consignment Number will be provided for tracking purposes

-We do have self-pickup point but strictly based on our availability:

# Bandar Baru Sentul (Weekend Only)
# Batu Caves area (Weekend Only)

PAYMENT:
-Cash or Transfer to bank account/internet banking

-please inform us by email / sms after bank-in to our respective account. Delivery will be made after payment clear

-Account numbers only provide when buyer confirm to purchase

RESTOCKABLE:

-we may restock items based on demand and in certain cases customer may pre-order selected item, 50% deposit requires

NOTE:

-color of the clothes may not 100% exactly due to vary reason but we try our best to capture almost 90% from the real color.

-once the pattern been sold and unable to restock, we will delete the picture
